  • Top-Up Options: Load your X card - prepaid balance via UPI, net banking, or debit card using add money option as is.

2. Transit Balance (Offline Balance)

Dedicated solely for your commute, this balance is always ready to pay for bus rides, metro journeys, or ferry tickets—no internet required.

  • How to Load: Transfer funds from your X card balance or visit metro counters to top up offline.
  • Where It Works: Use it anywhere public transport services accept NCMC payments across India.
