Terms and Conditions for Ask a Friend referral program
1. Campaign Overview: The following terms and conditions outline the rules and guidelines for participating in the referral program offer campaign ("Campaign") offered by Anq. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility:
2.1 The Campaign is open to new customers who are joining Anq for the first time and paying the applicable joining fees.
2.2 New customers must enter an existing customer's valid referral code during the sign-up process before paying the joining fees to be eligible for the reward.
3. Referral Reward:
3.1 Upon successful completion of the eligibility criteria, new customers will be entitled to receive rewards in the form of digital gold worth Rs. 2000 in the Anq app.
3.2 The digital gold reward will be credited to the new customer's Anq bounties section within 7 business days of successfully joining Anq and paying the joining fees using a valid referral code.
4. Referral Code Usage:
4.1 New customers must enter the existing customer's referral code accurately during the sign-up process to qualify for the reward.
4.2 Once the payment is made, the referral code cannot be added or modified. It is the responsibility of the new customer to ensure the referral code is entered correctly.
5. Validity:
5.1 This Campaign is valid till 31 Aug 2023 11:59 PM IST. Customers joining after this period will not be eligible for rewards.
6. Fair Usage:
6.1 Anq reserves the right to disqualify any participant or withhold rewards if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
6.2 Anq also reserves the right to amend or cancel the Campaign at its sole discretion without prior notice.
6.3 This offer is not clubbable with any other offer, discount code or any other special promotions.
