Important Update
Dear Customer,
Thank you for being a part of the Anq community. We're writing with some difficult news, and we're truly sorry to share it. Despite our best efforts, we have not been able to keep this part of the Anq experience going, and we want to be upfront with you about what this means.
Starting August 9, 2026, you will no longer be able to earn, redeem, or use your Bounties or your Wallet Balance. Please redeem your Bounties and transfer your Wallet Balance to your X Card before this date to avoid losing them.

The following will change:
- Allocation, redemption, withdrawal of Bounties will be discontinued
- Use, withdrawal, redemption of your Wallet Balance will no longer be possible
- All Bounties and any remaining Wallet Balance will expire
August 26, 2026
- X Card reload and receiving funds via UPI will be unavailable
What continues to work
- Your X Card will remain active for spending anywhere it is accepted until its expiry date
- Gift cards already purchased will remain valid until their expiry date
- Anq customer support will continue until August 26, 2026
- Pine Labs customer support will continue to assist you with X Card-related queries from August 27, 2026 onward
Recommended action
Please redeem your available Bounties and transfer your Wallet Balance to your X Card, and complete any other relevant actions, before the deadlines noted above.
Rest assured, your existing X Card and purchased gift cards remain accessible as outlined above.
